HonestAve Launches FSTOW…

HonestAve is a music producer who’s been crafting her skill for over a decade, but is just making her public musical debut! Her music is “ a good thing takes time” manifested, because HonestAve has a keen sense of A&R abilities and uses it to take her music to new levels. That is very apparent in her first-ever project titled FSTOW.

What’s the FSTOW sound?

What’s the best part of FSTOW and most producer releases is that the album conveys a lot of popular sounds while simultaneously having a cohesive project sonic. This is a fine line to tote because producers are tasked with flexing their musical range while proving that producer albums are worthy contenders within the music world.

A few artists have come out in protest of producers releasing albums, finding that producers are “ruining it” for artists. But the proof is in the production pudding. Producers culminate sounds that are out of this world; and paired with the right vocals, which HonestAve is genius at, a well-curated track is ready for takeoff! So why should producers dull their shine for the sake of insecure artists?

But let’s get into this FSTOW sound! As mentioned the project overalls gels very well together and has a no-skips quality to the project. The overall mood is chill, but there are upbeat moments throughout HonestAve’s project that still fit the project’s sound. It’s the driving, hanging out with friends, or at a laid-back event kind of sound I really appreciate! Yet, HonestAve cleverly traveled through various genres to give listeners range and allowed her to prove she can’t be boxed in. Put any artist in HonestAve’s musical rocket ship and she’ll be sure to make the song blast off!

Throughout FSTOW, there’s the Trap sound in the track Abby featuring Ian Michael, Afrobeats on the track Save Me featuring J Nana, R&B on the track 615 featuring Mashich, and Bounce on the track Black Girl featuring a Fill the Music fave, Blanche J! In addition to these notable artists are popular vocalists like Alic Walls of The Wall Brother, Jada Morgan, Mj Troy, Ydmbsm, Aaron Thomas, Skuzii, and Joynes Savriya Danielle. All these talented artists brought the production created by HonestAve to life and gave fans and supporters an alluring project that dropped with some musical heavy hitters!

What’s the FSTOW collaborative energy?

The collaborative energy is activated! Featured artists shared their anticipation for the project drop with HonestAve and formed a synergy of positivity around this album release. Each artist sounded right at home on their respective tracks and did their genres and HonestAve’s beats justice! HonestAve is very intentional with who she works with, desiring to keep the integrity of the creative process, which I give many props to!

HonestAve partnered with notable artists off of their energy, quality, and talent. That’s what makes FSTOW such a gem of a project. These aren’t people the producer scrambled together last minute to get something out for the sake of dropping. But she reached out to artists who she respects and who made a great addition to FSTOW. And once again, her A&R muscles were flexing during this album, because each track sounds streamline, and that’s due to both the beat and vocals.

What’s the FSTOW significance to HonestAve?

This is HonestAve’s first project which she dropped during the same year her music came to the forefront. And she came in swinging! Ready and loaded, HonestAve rocketed to the production table with FSTOW and is playing to travel galaxies and earbuds! What a bar to set and it’s only up from here! The relief and joy HonestAve has from releasing her first-ever project is indescribable, but she’s here and not going anywhere!

Congrats, HonestAve on releasing FSTOW! And many props to the featured artists! Supporters can look forward to upcoming performances and events from the producer by following her on social media.
